I don't think everyone is built for having a thigh-gap. I have seen really tiny people WITHOUT thigh-gaps and larger people WITH them... I think that, generally speaking, you are either built to have one, or you aren't. Like many have been saying, focus on being healthy and fit all over, rather than something as small as a…

But that being said... To sit through an hour long class after, I think that's fine. Use some wipes and a little body splash and shower after :)

I cannot imagine doing that... I sweat so much, it would be totally uncomfortable for me to go anywhere after I work out. I don't think that I smell, but I work so hard that I'm disgusting by the time I'm finished. I have to shower to feel human.

An example of a night would be something like: Six oreos A cup of cookie dough ice cream A soft pretzel covered in cheese Two or three granola bars A…

I haaaaate weighing at a doctors office!! It's always different and I've found that, contrary to what I thought when I was younger, their scales arent necessarily more reliable than any old scale. :/ But I'm about 8-9 lbs thinner than I was last time I went to see the doc, so I almost wish I had to go! Ha ha Almost.

I have many, but one is from Half Nelson. "Change moves in spirals, not circles. For example, the sun goes up and then it goes down. But everytime that happens, what do you get? You get a new day. You get a new one. When you breathe, you inhale and you exhale, but every single time that you do that you're a little bit…
