I would like to say that my last meal is at 7pm and I'm in bed at 10pm, but reality is... dinner is usually at 8pm and I usually have a nightcap before bed...
If we have hockey practice dinner can be even later!0 -

Wow, could never do an early cutoff. :laugh: I usually eat a snack around 9pm (dinner is around 6:30 to 7pm).0

Last meal around 4:30pm and then a yogurt right before bedtime...usually around 9!0

Depends on the day. Typical weekdays I try not to eat after 8pm, but if my wife has a late night gig we can end up eating dinner at 3am.0

time for my last meal is just all over the place. If I don't get home after work until about 7 pm (pretty normal) and TRY to get to bed by 9:30, that isn't much time and it depends on how long it takes to fix. If I'm up late on Friday nite, I may have a yogurt or protein shake within an hour or 2 of bedtime.0

7:30 am
11:30 am
3:30 pm
6:30 pm
9:30 pm
Sometimes it's an hour later on the weekends0 -
Whenever I'm full or out of calories...full is usually the cut off, because if I'm out of calories for some reason and still hungry, I refuse to go to bed hungry. If I go to bed hungry, I sleep even worse than a normal night.0

Dinner is normally @ 8pm in my house. Only way we can all eat together.0

No set time. I eat whenever I feel like it if I have the calories up until I sleep.0

I try to eat my last meal beteen 3&5P.M. Sometimes it doesn't happen that way and then I have a graham cracker or 2 about 8 before I go to bed0

When I'm being good I usually don't eat much for dinner and it is usually before 6. When I stick to this plan, then I usually have a good morning on the scale. Yes, I know I shouldn't weigh myself every morning but it keeps me in check.0
