People on here that spout all kinds of "wisdom" and strong opinions and if you look at their profiles and trackers they want to lose 3-6 pounds. Talk to me when you need to lose 40 50 60+....

All four done at the same time several years ago. The hardest part for my was actually putting in the IV. Yes I am a HUGE baby.

Okay so the bmr calculators are saying between 1331 & 1436 and the tdee is saying aroung 1726. So if I eat at 1500 cals a day the weight should start droping off ??? Guess I'll try it starting this week.

Every Sunday morning. I tired every day for a while and it made me crazy with some major swings in weight lost or gained. One day up 1-2 lbs then down .50 the next day aghhhhhh !!! :grumble: One a week works best for me. :smile:

I eat eggs a few times a week. Good source of protein. I mix in 2Tbs of real bacon bits. Yummy !!! New info starting to come out suggests that they do not increase your cholesterol.

My knees don't hurt, but boy to they snap crackle and pop. This is my biggest obstacle when working out. I so want to add more resistance training to my workouts but so many of them are based around squats which are really hard for me. I don't want to do any more damage while trying to lose weight. Damned if I do and…
