2 high in sugar and not enough of anything else important to waste 190 calories on !! Your better off making a protein shake. Thery're lower in sugar and have whey (LOL) more proein. :smile:

I'm right there with you. Especially in the summer (I'm in TX) and it's just to hot to turn on the oven, the sandwich is my best friend !!

How's your blood pressure? One of the girls in my office was told the same thing by her doctor. He said it was to help raise her very low blood pressure. She is really small and thin.

Yes, based on the info you put in height weight etc... you would have burned that many calories at this point in the day. I had the same question when I set mine up.
