How do you find a FA that you can trust? Are they all out "just to make money". Especially being a single woman, I'm always afraid that I'm not really getting the whole story in any situation.

Yes, I have when I'm consistant. I have really bad knees so walking is about all I can do. I try to walk at least 2 miles ( would luv to do more) each day 5 days a week. Again bad knees (they don't hurt, and I want to keep it that way) I also have a dvd by Leslie Samsone which is what they call a 2 mile walk. Burns a…

Don't sweat it !! I was doing fine until sat. afternoon when the cocktails started. You know its a holiday weekend and I'm going to enjoy myself. coffee is my big thing. For me I was more worried about the crap in the coffee mate. I switched to Coffee mate Natural bliss: Milk, cream and sugar. Straight forward. Then I cut it with Fat Free half & half. That cuts down on the sugar in each cup. Works for me and I'm not crabby due to lack of coffee. :drinker: :drinker:…

If I'm getting most of my sugar from fruit I don't sweat it to much. But I do really watch my intake of white or processed sugars !!
