coffee & creamer !!! Egg sandwich } 1 or 2 scambled eggs, tblsp bacon bits or 1 slice canadian bacon on whole wheat english muffin. Keeps me full and gives me energy till lunch. :drinker:

crystal light's "pure" line is made with stevia. but all the rest of the line is made with aspertame. yuck !! I would stick with the pure line or I use "True Lemon" brand Lemon, orange or raspberry lemonade. I can usually get 6 glasses of plain water in but after that I need a little help...

KNEES ........ I don't know if my weight is totally to blame but I'm sure they would be alot better off if I could drop this 35 Lbs. My nephew says they sound like pop rocks!! Makes intense workouts REALLY hard.

My coffee has always been the hardest thing for me. I like mine sweet and have always used flavored creamer. I've been trying to cut out as much processed food as possible. Welcome. Biggest tip I have is cut out as much processed food as possible. And drink half your body weight (in ounces) of water everyday.

Wait, I have a better idea. let's everyone over size ten go into A&F and stuff our *kitten* into thier jeans. Take up dressing rooms and keep trying on different sizes untill you have a huge pile of jeans to be re folded or rehung. Just try to ween yourself off the diet as well as the SI. Like you noted it has chemicals (artificial sweetner) and they alter how your body's systems work and not in a good way. Afternoon is always my "sugar" craving. So when I go back to work after lunch I take a protein shake with me (chocolate) that takes care of it when the feeling hits me !!!

One a Day has a new womens multi called Pettites. You take two a day (kinda funny) but its easier then trying to swallow a pill with jagged edges. Also your body can absorb more of the supplement if you take it in smaller doses, I take one with breakfast and one with dinner.
