  • When I use just dance 2, I just add it to general dance and for however long I danced for which is not even close to what you got. I figure what is already in the system for dance would be good enough. Hope this helps.
  • Of course there is always to much of something, however the amount of fiber that you are eating is very low. I have mine set to 39 grams per day.   • Watching your portion control, you really have to weigh and mesure things when you first start out. Is this something you have been doing? You may think it is one serving but it c/b 1.5 or 2 and you are not getting the correct cal info.
  • did you weigh yourself on the same spot of the floor were you did the day before? That can make a difference, also if you are not using a digital scal you might not be getting an accurate reading.
