Yeah i lost a lot of weight... then it stalled and i lost my energy and was sooooo obsessed with not going over calories.... I like to be able to eat 1,900 calories a day and still lose weight :) EAT MORE 2 WEIGH LESS!

If your at a calorie deficit, no matter what you eat, you will lose weight... Once you get closer to your goal weight though, is when you might want to start cleaning up your diet more to lose those last pounds... Over-all, you'll still lose weight! Diets are different for specific goals... Such as body building.

1 cup milk, 4 ice cubes, 1 whole frozen banana(sliced), and then protein powder! Blend it all together and there ya go! You can also add aaanything to it and it will be goood! I used to add peanut butter to mine:)

Try to just limit them.. Eat more veggies?? I dont think fruits are "bad", but i have heard that they are for weight loss(but i dont care! ha) The better fruits to eat would be the berries... WTG!!! Just keep resisting when you think it'll ruin your diet... Thats what i would do, and now I normally dont crave junk food(just peanut butter and veggie lol) Just dont take a second look! Pretty soon it will be a habit :) But im so happy for ya!

They arnt evil... Just eat the right kinds! And I think that cutting carbs does help lose weight, because you arnt giving your body fuel, so it looks elswhere (fat). But, I think cutting out processed food will help too (which usually have a lot of carbs anyways) Just get carbs from veggies!

You are not eating enough!! From what your saying, your actually eating under 1000 calories each day... I used to do that, and i binged terribly!! But you really just arnt giving your body what it needs! You have to up your calories and atleast eat some of your excersize calories back...
