One that i can remember is eating a whole jar of peanut butter...... I also ate whole boxes of cereal and it was sooooooo painful but i couldnt stop! Glad those days are over... verrrry glad!

It tastes good in water, and in milk too. After i lift i usually make in in a blender with milk, ice cubes, 1 banana, whole rolled oats, sometimes spinach (can't even taste it) or peanut butter.... I LOVE PROTEIN POWDER! It's really a personal preference though... I'd suggest just buying it with the coupon, use it up, and if it wasnt helpful than just don't get it again. Protein powders awesome... a great way to add extra calories and protein! Which is what you say you need anyways :)

Sweat peas!!!! I just have them steamed... Also, steamed brocolli and cauliflower are good... and steamed carrots!! You could put spinach on your sandwhiches instead of lettuce... And i even blend them into my protein shakes! Can't even taste the spinach but you still get the nutrients! :)

You can see the ratios on the smart phone app, and if you disagree with adding exercise cals theeeennn, don't add them! I think MFP is great!

Liftings so much better.... But i think to start to like running you have to keep making goals and progressing.. I used to hate it too.. I don't do it much now, but i don't dread it or anything. Also, try doing HIIT on when your running or something. I feel like it's not boring at all this way.

I looove how hip bones look, but curvy is really sexy..I know I'm never gana be the thin thigh gap and hip bone girl, so I am happy with curvy:) as long as I lose about 10 pounds, lower my body fat, and gain some muscle I eel be extremely happy with whatever the outcome is!

Uhuhh. Yeap! otherwise counting is kinda pointless if you arnt ganna count all your calories! And alcohol is actually proven to make you fat just so ya know. It lowers fat burning rates drastically.

Make small goals.... Go on the treadmill and walk... then decide to jog at a certain pace for just 1 min or so, then walk again and repeat. Keep on increseing your joging time and stuff like that. Also, LIFT HEAVYYYY!
