Ok, I'm sure my "light" version wasn't as good, but it was a nice change of pace! :D

That sounds yummie! I think that could be reworked to make it less calories! Coconut extract and almond extract, skip the coconut shreds, reduce the coconut milk....I think I'll try it that way and see what it's like :D

My pleasure! I like keeping things here, because it's easier than scrolling through the FB page to find docs! Plus, I get feedback from my super motivated myfitness Pals!!

I just think a balanced approach to eating has the longest positive effects. I also think we're omnivores for a reason :D

I joined Curves today, it's a pretty mild work out, JUST what I need! It's a cleanse day too and had no issues. Bet I sleep like a zombie tonight!

Are you getting enough protein? That's always a problem for me, I'm going to order the IsaPro to help with that. I use the Want More Energy on really long work days, that's helped. Are you going through any caffeine withdrawals? Are you eating enough? Drinking enough water? I think all of those things could be factors. Do…

The "rule" for our knife and fork meal is a "balanced meal" that is 400-600 calories. I asked Larry about his cleanse menu and he said it was put together from his weight loss plan. It's very restrictive, but it worked well for him, so he shares it. This is from the Isagenix website: "Buy healthy foods and snacks (fresh,…

I love cashews, that sounds great. I know what you mean about the information out there...a lot of times Larry Fuchs, Jr. ends up correcting people. I just follow my planner and actually carry it with me every day. I just ordered the Fiber, Calcium, Fruits and greens to try out ....the greens don't taste as bad as I…

TLC, that's just incredible! You know, you can only fill a bucket a drop at a time anyway :D That's a lot of drops though!! I'm at 18 pounds gone, so I'm no longer carrying the equivalent of my medium sized terrier around with me wherever I go!

I use the planner that came with my 30 day packages, it spaces out the Morning, Breakfast, Mid-Morning Snack Lunch Mid-Afternoon Snack and Supplement Dinner and Evening. You can find the planner at: http://www.isagenix.com/us/en/file.ashx?id=9731df08-1d98-423e-a8de-5a590f02ae92 or the 9 day planner at:…

Hope you're off to a good start! The first few days can be a little confusing until you get used to the pattern of the days :D

Oh, forgot to say, some folks need more than 1200 calories. For me, my BMR is only 1100, but have been told not to drop below 1200 on a regular basis. http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ Congrats on a great start with Isagenix! It really works!

I have that problem on a lot of days too. The mid-morning snack can be increased and the mid-afternoon snack too. I started adding another shake on some days, like if I have fish for dinner with veggies, it's hard to eat enough to hit 600 calories. Raw almonds are good snack if you like them.

So I actually did a cleanse day instead. That bloated feeling is gone this evening :D

Good for you! Keep a positive attitude. Use the FB group and this group if you're feeling like you're having ANY problems. I've never seen a more supportive group in my life. I love the products and am having terrific results, not the least of which is my MEMORY has vastly improved, which as a teacher is a tremendous…

it doesn't sound crazy! I set a goal that is higher than I ever was at my thinest, but seems like a reasonable goal just the same, at my age, the high end of a healthy weight range seems like a good goal!
-
I'm going to do shakes only tomorrow and see how I do. After my cleanse on Monday, I just didn't really want to eat today, which is NOT good because it's then hard to get enough calories in when I'm eating only healthy foods.

A nearly perfect cleanse day and down 3 pounds, bloat be gone after a wild weekend! Wish I hadn't taken expensive seafood out of the freezer Sunday night, or I'd go for a 48 hour cleanse.....next week!!

I lost track of welcome notes, I hope I got everybody, if I didn't, I'm so sorry! It only lets you send so many messages out in a 10 minute period and I lost track when I got back to it! Welcome to all of you!

Happy to have new friends here! My coach is also in the group, she's got the expertise, it's a learning process, but one that is very rewarding. You won't regret using the Isagenix system, it's done so much for me already and the results from everybody I see are so amazing!

My coach saved it and sent it to me! Let me know how it works, I don't have all the products yet.

My weight goal is 145 pounds ultimately, but I'm trying to not focus on that very much right now. My exercise goals are to increase my daily walks. There's something really wrong with my back, and until it's Xrayed and addressed this is the best I've got in me. I walk throughout the day and get in quite a lot of activity…

Go to "Settings" at the top of the screen, then select "Diary Settings" and click public if you want to share. Nobody should be embarrassed about food choices, we're here to encourage each other! I freely admit to one hellaciously cheating weekend, if I posted what I ate (and drank) you'd be horrified :) but the good news…

I couldn't agree more, from my coach Brenda Merrick, to everybody on the IsaBody Accountability group it's been an amazing level of support. I'm learning something every day!

Sent your husband an invite, the more the merrier!!
