HOLY CRAP WHERE CAN I BUY THIS?!?!?! That looks like a years worth of work!!!

Yeah I'm a SUPER slow walker. I probably average 2MPH.. but at 5'0 (or just under), if I go any faster, I'll be jogging lol.

I say I'm 5'0 but my doctor says I'm 4'11 and 3/4" ;) I joined weight watchers a while back and got to be a lifetime member at my highest weight without being overweight which 130. So that's my short term goal. Current weight is fluctuating between 143 and 147. My final goal is around 95-100. I'm not real set on the number…

I personally don't understand the whole "thigh gap" thing.. As long as I look fantastic, why the heck do I care if there's a gap there or not? I'll just spread my legs further apart and pretend. As far as the size 0 thing goes, I have that as my goal only because I'm five feet tall so it's a reasonable goal. I think it's a…

That's AWESOME! What a great dress you have now ;)

I wore my favorite skinny jeans :) They're a dark wash from Express and I'm absolutely in love with them.. but they're size 10's and I've been wearing 12's :)

I already own two businesses - a maternity/newborn/wedding photography business and also a web and graphic design business :) But in the future I would also love to own a coffee shop, a gym, a clothing store, a photography gallery, and a spa :) Plus, I'd love to get an actual store front for my two businesses now. But I'm…

That was happening to me a little while back - I was drinking starbucks frappes like nobody's business, not counting my calories, eating ice cream, not working out, and just kept losing weight. I say just enjoy it. However, learn from my mistake.. don't count on it too much. I got in the habit of eating badly and not…

I'm pretty good at staying around 1200 calories - feel free to check out my diary :)

I have the Reebok Easy Tones and absolutely love them. Now, I don't think they ACTUALLY are some kind of miracle and I can't attribute my weight loss or anything specifically to the shoes themselves but I can tell you my legs have been more sore lately (could be my workouts though). However, regardless if they "work" or…

I'm 23 and my original goal was to lose 63 lbs - I'm down to 50 now :) Feel free to add me! :)

BUMP :)

How long are they?

I used to drink the equivalent of a 2 liter of diet sunkist per day and had a personal trainer tell me to cut out soda all together. Needless to say, that didn't work but I've at least tried to cut down so now I've tried to make it a habit of not having more than 3 cans per day.

It would be really tough to lose that amount of weight in 7 months because that's an average of 1.7 lbs a week at a constant rate. As you lose weight, the weight loss each week slows down. It's a great goal to strive for though and definitely possible if you work really hard :)
-
Number one, absolutely. And if you wanted to spice up the front a little - get a sparkly belt and that way it'll cinch in your waist too and highlight all your hard work :) Also, since the dress is plain, play it up with shoes & accessories!

A friend of mine says she can fit into some 00s and she's 5'0 like I am. Not sure on exact body measurements but since a size 0 is about a 24" waist and 34" hips, I assume a 00 would be about 23" waist and 33" hips.
-
0! Soo far to go but I know I can do it :)
-
I'm also 23 and from my starting point, I had 63 lbs to lose. (:
-
I use Alli and it seems to be working. Plus, it keeps me aware of how much fat I'm eating. I really like it for now. I'm going to stop taking it once I get out of the "overweight" zone but until then, it's a good supplement to my diet and exercise changes :)

I saw this quote on Pinterest that said something like "Tired of starting over? Stop giving up." Every time I catch myself going over on my calories or choosing one thing over another or not working out, I think of that.
-
I don't count the extra walking I do at work because I do it on a regular basis but if I were to go on a walk, or walk on the treadmill, that's extra and I'll count that. Otherwise, I count something as in "i'm going to go work out" regardless of what I do in that time.

I would say something like coffee - but by the end of lent, I may be in prison for killing someone. So, no, I don't think I'll be giving up anything for lent lol.
-
I got mine from Target for $40. New Balance.
-
I give in to them lol. I always have those Lindt chocolates on hand when TOM comes and 3 balls are 210 calories so it's not that horrible and I still work out but I get to have chocolate too. Plus, with the chocolate, I drink water and I can drink it faster since it's SO chocolatey!

Five foot zero lol.

I was looking at pictures from this past Christmas and I just looked like this round blob on the floor opening presents instead of a person. And then there was the fact that I got 3-4 workout related things for Christmas and I knew it was a sign. I started soon after that and haven't stopped since.
