Now that my kids are older and can be left alone I don’t have to worry about when I can go anymore; so on weekends I try to go around 2:00 or 3:00 in the afternoon. They recently opened a PF 5 min from my work, so 3 days a week I go around 1:00. I luckily have a very flexible boss, so I usually do circuit or 30 min on the…

I’m not a single mom, but a play one during deployments. Anyway; I’ve struggled with that before and I’d do a video after they go to bed or just dance. Sometimes I’d ask them to dance with me. I’ve also done a gym with a daycare. But now that they’re older it’s gotten easier. Currently I’m trying to work out on my lunch…

That actually helps...I truly was just looking for ideas on a good way to organize the spreadsheet.

I do weights & cardio M,W,F and just cardio on Tu & Th...I a different muscle set each M,W,F and I want to track how much weight I'm doing and reps and sets. I'm thinking the cardio isn't as important to track because I can pull that off my fit bit. I really just want to have a more organized way to track my weights…

I'll look into that, thanks!

I think that is what is stumping me, I have a different workout everyday of the week, but like Monday is the same every week, Tuesday the same every week...etc.

Just a format

I've just started a 5 day M-F routine (started last week), but I got sick last week and missed Friday...full 5 days this week though. I lift M, W, F and I do 30 min of cardio all 5 days.

I am not a morning person...at all! But since my husband has been on leave, he's taking the kids to school in the morning so I've been making myself get up and go to the gym around 6:30ish (by the time I drag myself up and out the door).

Me too!! Yessssss!

I caved and signed up for Fabletics...my first outfit should be here Monday. It's so hard to find workout clothes in my current size in the stores. I feel your excitement!

My rest days are Sat & Sun and I got sick last week...ended up skipping Friday, kept my weekend rest days, and I was ready to go back yesterday.

My goal is approximately 160, I’m at 250 now, so we’ll just see how it goes. My first goal is to get down to 200

OK...so I disappeared off MFP for a few weeks...this is still my place  , today is day 1 again, still not eating clean...I just ate two Reese's Hearts...but I'm back to eating at a deficit. Only made to page 16 LOL, maybe I'll go back and start reading another time.

This is my kind of thread! I have people telling me all day, every day that what I eat matters...I just smile and nod politely while I continue taking the wrapper off the snack sized Snickers you were trying to tell me not to eat. My best success has been counting calories...does not matter WHAT I eat at the time, as long…

You can add me...I am active on and off, but should hopefully be back in full force starting the 9th.

100% agree!

I love so many of them, but probably at the top are Worst Cooks, Cutthroat Kitchen, and chopped.

I've used Plated, and I absolutely loved it. Only works for me when my husband is gone because he is too picky. It's on the pricey side but the food is amazing, and I've learned a lot of cooking skills from it. I get the 3 night package and it ends up being 6 meals for dinner and/or lunch

I spent nearly the last year not paying attention to what I was eating. I felt like I wasn't eating more than I normally do, but I could feel my clothes getting tighter and tighter. So finally, last Monday I decided I needed to start paying attention again. I weighed myself for a starting point, and it was the heaviest…

Normally egg foo young, but I also like beef & broccoli, general tso, orange chicken, and kung pao chicken ETA, because I forgot until I read comments LOL, crab rangoons

I was actually thinking that this morning, I usually rotate between Eggos and oatmeal...I could use some easy ideas for weekdays that are easy to prepare/have at work. I don't typically make time to eat before I leave the house during the week.

I love posole!! Would love the recipe!

My go to when I'm cutting calories is a tall, skinny, cinnamon dolce late. It's delicious, mild and one of the lowest calorie "specialty" drinks.

The night owl that I am I do a cardio workout around 10pm. My current schedule is up at 6:00 (realistically I don't actually get up until 6:45...I hate mornings LOL), get myself and kids out the door by 7:30, my son has to be to school by 7:45 but can't let the girls out until 8:00. Takes me 45 min to an hour to get to…

During my son's football season Lunch is typically my biggest meal. I eat a smallish breakfast, and then by the time I get home from football practice I'm too tired to cook a full meal, so I'll have a salad or a sandwich or leftovers if available. Otherwise dinner is my bigger meal.

I know this is an old post, but my husband just got home from deployment and we are going to work on our eating habits starting next week (he wants to take in some of the food he missed while gone LOL), but we were talking about different things and he told me I should be eating 5 small meals a day...so I did a search for…

Some things I've been able to overcome, like brussel sprouts, but cottage cheese is still a big fat nope...can't do it, I tried a couple years ago and it was still as nasty as I remembered it LOL.
