My highest weight ever was 205. Started tacking on MVP at 190 and am currently 171.8 and a size 12. My goal is set for 145lbs because i dont think i can recall ever being smaller than that (size 7). I may try to get down to 130 once I reach the 145 mark.

My husband is supportive but its much nicer to have some women support on here! Him and I have two different methods ! And frankly, our body goals are just not the same ! MFP friends are awesome !

Not complaining that people take breaks..its just hard to get motivation if there is no one actively responding !!! No one was deleted, but I do need people who are committed on my friends list to interact with ! Thank all of you for the adds. I now have 70+ friends !!!

I'm set for 1230 calories a day. And I've lost faithfully but it consists of whole grains , lean meats , nuts , fruits , etc. 100 calories from an apple is different than 100 calories worth of bacon. And when I workout , I EAT back my calories. So some days I'm really eating about 1500-1600 calories. Keep up the good work…

I have the same issue. I do eat an apple daily and a good bit of whole grains. Yesterday I think what really did my sugar in was my frozen yogurt. I personally would use the 1.2 adjustment and if you complete your excercise goal , add back in the calories if needed. But my philosophy is that these adjustments and resting metabolic rates are just estimations. I try to be a little more conservative to make sure I reach my target weight loss.
