  • Try it out and see if you get results. I work out 5 days a week, I'm 160lbs and I try to hit at a very minimum 100g of protein per day, but I try to reach 130g, I keep my fat around 50g, and honestly I don't pay much attention to grams of carbs because I seem to always hit 50% of my calories for the day, which is around…
  • I have gone from 215lbs to 130lbs using my fitness pal a few years ago. Then after years of trying to get pregnant , I did. And unfortunately needed help holding the baby with a small procedure, and was on bed rest...and I gained 50lbs. But everytime I shrink a size I am excited to go "shopping" in my close bins. Currently…
  • You know that nasty , full , icky feeling you have when you eat too much food? Or just greasy things like fast food fries??? And somehow you keep finding yourself doing it over and over again? I dont want to feel like crap. I dont want to put so much food or "not-so- healthy food" in my body soooo often , that I feel…
  • I love this... I have been trying to lose weight since this last pregnancy. I joined a gym but "struggled" to motivate myself to eat healthy. And with minimal effort, I had minimal success and stopped at 20lbs lost. Two months ago I made a decision to commit to putting healthy things in my body. And guess what, in 60 days…
  • My baby is 18 months but I still have 20lbs to go. I put on 50 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Feel free to add.
  • I am also an emotional eater. I gave up cigarrettes 9 years ago, then gave up alcohol 3 years ago, and now I battle with food. I just always feel like I need to put something in me when I am stressed. Currently dealing a terminally ill loved one (father in law) and a very ill mother. Some days are hard, but I know doing…
  • My husband and I have both gained and lost weight in our relationship. My smallest was 130 and largest was 215. Honestly, I felt no difference in our relationship, other than I felt like crap, I was more reserved and overall needed a change. But never did I feel like his affection/attention changed towards me in regards to…
  • I can FINALLY after a year of training, do full pushups. I did 40 in my workout this week, compared to not being able to do 10 on my knees a year ago. Next goal, chinup/ pull up. Building strength in my arms but still got some fat to lose.
  • I am a mother of two ( 6yr old girl and 18month boy). I have a corporate job and work 40+ hours a week. I have an hour lunch break that I use to work out, so I do very intense workouts in a short time , b/t 4- 5 times a week, because once I am home, I am in Mom mode. Breakfast during the week is on the go. I do protein bar…
  • I eat b/t 1600-1800 cals daily. I eat about 50% from carbs, and I am down 30lbs.
  • My personal trainer is my height and weighs 165lbs. This girl is solid muscle, small waist , excellent health. Me on the other hand.. i am 5'4 166lbs and Let just say I dont looke like her. Body fat % plays a big role. That would sucks for someone who is a health professional and in impeccable health to be penalized for…
  • Officially flexible enough to hinge and grab my feet. A year ago I couldn't touch my toes! And only 1 size away from pre pregnancy clothes that I haven't worn in almost 2 years.
  • I am 29 and lost 23 lbs. I still have around 30lbs to lose. Feel free to add!
  • I had a ruff , modified bed rest pregnancy. I wasnt allowed to even bend over to even bathe my daughter. I was on extra hormones that increased fatigue and hunger. When I delivered, I had gained 50lbs. The worst part was I was so out of shape of 9 months of barely moving, I couldnt touch my toes in a stretch. I would get…
  • I am 5'4 and currently 168lbs. I go to the gym 5 times a week. One day is a light Yoga day, 1 day focuses on muscle group like a *glute* day, adn the other 3 days are full body interval training. I currently eat 1600 cals a day on non workout days (or light workout days). On days were I really push to my max heart rate for…
  • I live in Louisiana. Its always hot and humid, July and August are killer months out here. Didnt even really have a 2016 winter, I may of worn a jacket like 2 times? When I have to do a lot of outside work ( like an hour in the yard), I def drink a lot of water, cover up (hats/sunglasses) and etc. But if I dont replenish…
  • I have a lot of similar issues. But its def my hormones. Id go see your doctor and at least do a blood panel. But I have been having these issues on and off since I was about 26 yrs old and now 29.
  • About 45mins 5 times a week. I go on my lunch break so I hit strength traning or interval classes that really peak my heart rate in that time frame. 1 of those days is for Yoga for active recovery day. On the weekends, doing yard work and chasing kids is my gym.
  • I LOVE think thin protein bars or Luna "protein" and I usually have a coffee w/ almond milk and a small banana. I eat a snack before the gym and lunch after the gym. Its working for me.
  • I've had similar issues. I notice when I diet I tend not to eat a lot of red meats. My iron will get kinda low so bulk up the leafy greens or try vitamins/supplements. Even pre diet, I usually am in the lower range of normal red blood cell count!
  • A personal foe for me. Once I start drinking them, I can't stop and I forget water. So like when I quit smoking, I had to quit the diet Coke. One of those things I can not moderate. I'm fine when I don't start the habit.
  • I'm losing about 1lb per week. On work out days I try and eat between 1700-1800. I don't log exercise calories since most days I do a lot of strength with cardio spurts. But yesterday was a crazy amount of physical activity, so maybe I need to eat at 1800 again today even tho I'm on a rest day.
  • My stomach is getting flatter but man my thighs are a beast. Even when I got pregnant, I only gained 15lbs, and guess where my stretch marks were?? My fricken thighs. I genetics play a huge role. I do a lot more strength and leg are looking more musclar. But they are still hanging on to that blub in the inner thigh. So we…
  • Bananas! Almonds! Avocado in salad!
  • I lost 20lbs and took break. I ate more but still worked out hard. Now I'm going after my last 20 and eating a deficit. I didn't lose weight on my break but didn't gain either. Made some nice improvements in the gym though as far as strength.
  • I'd rather 1300 healthy for several reasons. 1) eating crap makes me feel like crap. That was the majority reason for me to change my diet. Sugar just gives me headaches. 2) lifestyle change, if I continue to eat crap to lose weight , what will happen when I'm not motivated to count calories? So I am working on changing…
  • Change your routine. My quads were getting bluky but it was exaggerated because I have no butt. Now ,When I do squats I don't go down as low and make sure I'm squeezing glutes to come up. Same with box jumps, instead if landing and squatting all the way down , I take a small squat. It's improved a lot for me. and now as I…
  • Similar goals here. I have two children and looking to be fit and healthy. I am currently 170lbs , goal to be 145. I am 5'4.
  • My son is 16months but still have 20lbs of post baby weight to shed. Feel free to add me , I have an open diary!
  • I got a trainer and I do team training 4 days a week. I do a mix of high intensity strength exercises and cardio. It's been about a year and I am so glad I finally did it. I've lost 80lbs before from straight diet and running. But I had a running injury and a high risk pregnancy and I found myself 50lbs overweight. I weigh…
