@SylviazSpirit Yep, the first week of the challenge often starts on the last two days of the previous month so the group leaders can keep the weigh-ins in perfect week increments. So Monday was the first week of this challenge so use April 29th weight

Weekly goal I usually wake up and go to the gym around 5:30 a.m. but for the last week I've been having such a hard time waking up on time. I still have been burning a decent amount of calories because I walk everyday at lunch time . So my goal for this week is to wake up go to the gym before work.

Hey there you can add me. I had a baby in July of 2018 and April of 2016. I gained 60 and 40 I never lost all the weight from the 2016 baby before I had the 2018 baby so needless to say I have alot to lose. My goal is to lose 70lbs. I have lost 25 so far.
