This is super late. I did 16:8 intermittent fasting and ate between 1400 and 1800 calories for 5 months and lost 35. Then I took a longgg break because I was tired of tracking and being super disciplined. Then I started 20:4 intermittent fasting 7 months later then lost 20 more lbs. Now I got 16 lbs to reach goal.

Have you checked your gym's website. My gym has free workout videos to do. I did some Les Mills workout yesterday and today and it was pretty cool

I did 16:8 last year and that with calorie counting helped me lose 35 pounds last year. The beauty of IF is you can create a window that works for you. I hope you have much success with IF.

I started IF last week. I did it before and it worked well. I stopped but now that I am back to it. My eating window is 4 hours. I am enjoying not having to think about food. Is anyone here doing IF?

I have been so busy the past 3 months because I started a side business I have not been going to the gym. Last night i said i am going to start going regulary again. This morning I went and I felt so good. I renewed my commitment to get in shapte. I will be posting here more often...I promise.
