    Not bad.... I survived a super bowl weekend. On a Positive note I walked a 5 K on the treadmill over the weekend in 67:47.... I want to improve the time but I was happy that I was able to do it.

    I fly to Auckland tomorrow and my surgery is Tues. I most likely will not be on here till Thursday! Surgeon reckons 2/3 hours. We'll see!

    Calories: over-movie and game night. I weighed everything, but didn't log it until after the fact, so I wasn't sure where I was calorie wise.
    Exercise: no
    Daily goal: To win a game of Castle Ravenloft once in my life.....I've had this game for 10+ yrs....play it at least once every couple of months, and have YET to beat it even blatantly cheating! Tomorrow-throw the game in the trash so I can have my life back! :p
