    Being home all day on "lockdown" is not a good thing for me. Boredom leads to eating. I have to refocus and try to have things around the house that are healthy but going to the store is such a nightmare.

    4.2 pounds down and a 1.36% loss. Husband has to get gas for the mower and I asked him to pick me up a white chocolate white coffee mocha. He said maybe, so if he doesn't I will do the Dalgona from home. 3.9 pounds until I am in Twoderland!

    Hey team,

    I don't get on here very often but I want to give an update on my intermittent fasting journey. I started on February 18th doing mostly 20:4 (for those who are wondering 20 hour fast and 4 hour eating window). It has been going so well. There are so many non scale benefits looked increased energy and body recomposition etc that I am ok with shipping than expected speed of my weight lots

    @victorious55 You're still in! You only get dropped if you miss 2 consecutive weigh in's--and then you can always reinstate with a simple re-weigh in start weight. This is one of those "everyone wins in this marathon"!

    This was not my best day! Distance learning takes so much more effort and causes more stress than teaching face to face where I can see how my students are grasping or not understanding. Now I have to try and predict various outcomes. Today, I’ve commented on student work, made phone calls, and had 2 Zoom meetings, planned assignments for the rest of the week, and answered a ton of emails. Ugghhh, it's only Monday!

    This has been a stressful and hectic week! I am still working two jobs, and I let a lot of stress about that and other things pile up on me this week. Overeating, too much soda...ugh. But I only skipped a workout one day, and I just did a pretty intense step aerobics workout. I am really hoping I didn't gain this week. I will weigh in tomorrow morning.
