    Goals/Day/Comments: I spent most of the day getting familiar with the new distant learning program for my boys. It's all a little overwhelming at first but I think it's going to be okay.

    Goals/Day/Comments: I adjusted my caloric goals so I'm finding it a little harder to stay within range. I've only been over by a little bit though. I just need to exercise more to allow for the difference.

    This has been a stressful and hectic week! I am still working two jobs, and I let a lot of stress about that and other things pile up on me this week. Overeating, too much soda...ugh. But I only skipped a workout one day, and I just did a pretty intense step aerobics workout. I am really hoping I didn't gain this week. I will weigh in tomorrow morning.

    Goals/Day/Comments: I celebrated my 40th B-day with my husband. We went on a beautiful hike nearby and ate carbs! I actually didn't go too far over calories though.
