Hey team,
I don't get on here very often but I want to give an update on my intermittent fasting journey. I started on February 18th doing mostly 20:4 (for those who are wondering 20 hour fast and 4 hour eating window). It has been going so well. There are so many non scale benefits looked increased energy and body recomposition etc that I am ok with shipping than expected speed of my weight lots2 -

This was not my best day! Distance learning takes so much more effort and causes more stress than teaching face to face where I can see how my students are grasping or not understanding. Now I have to try and predict various outcomes. Today, I’ve commented on student work, made phone calls, and had 2 Zoom meetings, planned assignments for the rest of the week, and answered a ton of emails. Ugghhh, it's only Monday!

This has been a stressful and hectic week! I am still working two jobs, and I let a lot of stress about that and other things pile up on me this week. Overeating, too much soda...ugh. But I only skipped a workout one day, and I just did a pretty intense step aerobics workout. I am really hoping I didn't gain this week. I will weigh in tomorrow morning.
