    Sorry for lack of participation. I was on a plane last Wednesday and again yesterday. Another one this coming Saturday and again on Sunday. Then I get to stay put for almost 2 weeks! Yay!

    Only down half a pound this week. :/ I'm only beating myself up a little bit because... it's still progress. It's been 2 weeks non stop of work meetings, travel/hotels and company. This is probably going to happen often due to the nature of my work/travel schedule so as long as I can maintain, I should keep my head high. This week my goal is to tighten up my diet as I'm working local for the week. I haven't had any issues being active most days of the week, just have been enjoying my exercise calories a little too much.

    I got 10 needles with freezing put in my back last week (every 2 months at the pain Clinic). Then the pain is really bad for 3 days, but then I can move a little better without as much pain. So I'm hoping to get on the treadmill starting today.
    I'm still sticking to keto, not sure why I can't lose more weight, hopefully more movement will help. I need to start drinking more water again.
