Yesterday I ate way too much sodium! I know I ate over a few days, and I have not been exercising as much because of my knee. But it's so weird because Yesterday I was at 175. Oh well, sorry team!2 -

@mram3582, I totally agree with you Fruits count. They can easily replace/soothe that sweet tooth. Then, you wonder why the pound aren't coming off (preaching to myself here )

I am sorry guys. This has been a hard week. Although I tracked faithfully, exercise everyday, etc, etc. With my tooth ache required that I take my antibiotic with food every 6hrs. Eating in the night is always not in my favour2 -
