I've done five days of L2 so far and it is still pretty hard. By the end of L1 even though I was sweating, I started finding it easy. Am down with the flu now so will be taking a break for a couple of days. What have been your results so far (if you dont mind sharing)? I've not lost any lbs but lost 2 inches of my stomach…

Just did L1 D9 and happened to measure myself today. I have lost 1.5 inches off my waist and 1 inch off my stomach.

Great job! I'm on L1D7. Are you being really good with your food intake as well? I was not so good over the weekend. But I feel like my tummy is going in nevertheless.:smile:

I'm on day 4. Really sore.but it feels good!

My weight also fluctuates a lot (around 1-2lb on an average). What I have noticed is that my weight is more when I've consumed most of my calories in the latter half of the day. If I have a heavy breakfast and a light lunch then my weight seems an lb less the next day.

I just started 30 DS today and it is hard on the first day but since its only 20 minutes it is doable. I would not say that I'm super fit or anything and I've not done strength training for years. So I'm sure you will be able to do it :)
