Anyone had success with Reebok Crossfit?
I was thinking of joining Reebok cross fit just to mix up my workout a bit.My body seems to have gotten used to the gym. I was wondering if anyone has gotten good results with it.

Week 6 progress (23rd March)
Hi everyone! Just wanted to see how the week went. Mine was not that bad. After plateauing for around 10 days I finally lost 4.6 lbs last week. A little over 10lbs lost since I joined this group. Can wait to hit the 30lb mark. Hope you all had a good week.:smile:

17 Day Diet Help
I started off the 17Day diet with Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. I lost 6 lbs in 7 days. I lose weight very very slowly so I'm happy. However, yesterday I hurt my lower back and the doc has told me to rest in bed for 3 days and no exercise for at least a week. Has anyone done the diet without working out and seen results…

Hi! I just started the 17day diet this Monday after hearing so much about it on this site. I weighed myself today (Friday) and I have lost 4.8lbs. I just wanted to see what progress other people were having as well. Im also doing round 2 of 30DS right now.

Can I eat something past midnight today?
Today was one of those days when everything goes wrong. So in a nutshell I got locked outside my house and just managed to get in after really long. It is 1am. I have only consumed 473 calories today and am hungry. But should I eat. Oh and I just started the 17 day diet two days ago. I have sauteed veggies in my fridge.

I thought I'd just post some pics of my progress doing 30DS so far. I've done 28 days. Plan on finishing this and alternating between this and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism from Next week after a mini vacation :) Day1 Day 10 Day 28
