I thought I'd just post some pics of my progress doing 30DS so far. I've done 28 days. Plan on finishing this and alternating between this and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism from Next week after a mini vacation

You need to add image tags img surrounded by [ ] at the front and /img [ ] at the rear
Like this..........

.... but I used the "{ }" so you could see the coding, you need to use "[ ]" to make it work.

No worries, the system here is a bit special for example if you use IMG instead of img it does not work either.
Glad I could help, someone helped me figure it out the first time too, so just paying if forward.

what level are you doing 30DS at? I'm thinking about starting, did level 1 and it was pretty tough but I could do it. I don't know if I could start at either of the other levels0

I tried to follow the harder version for the most part. But for push ups I would do the easier/modified version. And sometimes I would stop in the middle esp during level 3. That level is tough.0
