Do compound lifts: Deadlifts, squats, overhead press, bench press. Add in some accessory lifts, curls, triceps extensions, etc. There are great programs out there: Stronglifts, Starting Strength, 5/3/1, Jamie Eason's Live Fit, Beautiful Bad *kitten*, Nerd Fitness, etc.

I doubt if anyone would really be looking that hard or even care if they did. They'd notice a sweated out cameltoe alot quicker than pantylines. That being said, you can get some seamless panties. Doesn't VS sell them?

OP, out of curiosity, what's your lifting routine? I know you said you do an arm day and leg day, but what do they consist of?

But seriously, doesn't it make sense that "stressing" the body by lifting progressively heavier would indeed be beneficial in preventing bone loss? There will come a point in time the 25 pounds just doesn't feel heavy anymore and, therefore, won't provide the same amount of strain. When the strain stops, it seems logical…
