Wow!! You look like a different person! Great job!

Not only is your loss incredible, but it is so inspiring to see someone who has maintained for a long time. Congratulations on your healthy lifestyle! You look so happy and healthy!

I have lost 106 lbs total, 78 with Mfp. It's taken me three years so far, it will be 4 before I'm done. I eat between 1800-2100 daily. I run 3x weekly and lift 3x weekly. For fun, I ride my bike or do some trail walking. I don't keep track of calories burned, I let my fitbit do it.

Wonderful job! How close are you to goal?

Congrats! I second that motion!

Never quit. I decided that no matter how hard things got I wouldn’t give up. No matter the temptations, no matter the obstacles, no matter the struggles – I wouldn’t quit. I knew that in past efforts I would let a bad day turn into a bad week. I would let a bad week turn into a bad month. I would let a bad month turn into…

Wow! You look amazing! You also look so much younger and most importantly, happy!

What a great story. It's never too late for any of us to become healthy and fit, no matter what struggles we face; you are living proof of that. Thanks for sharing, you look incredible! I bet you feel amazing!

Great job! I had to post because I wondered if anyone ever told you that you sort of look like billy Zane?

I'm 5'10". I started at 318lbs and a size 24W. I'm down to 214.5 lbs and wearing a 16. I'd like to lose about 35-40 more pounds. It has taken me nearly 3 years to get this far.
-
Congratulations! That is an incredible achievement!
-
What an inspiring friend you are! Congrats on the loss, and I can't wait to see you as a bride!
-
Great job, I loved seeing you get smaller as I scrolled down your post. Also, the mirror is lovely.

In have a fitbit one. I love it because nobody knows I'm wearing it, just clip it to your bra between the girls and voila! I have been wearing it for well over a year. I feel naked without it! I think any of them are good options, just depends on where you want to wear it.

That's incredible! Such a commitment! I thought I had a streak at 755 days!

I think you look amazing. You have great muscles! Thanks for being brave enough to show what a body can look like with some extra skin. My husband and I have both lost 100 lbs, and we have no delusions that our skin will bounce back completely after being stretched for so long.

My plan is to continue logging with Mfp and follow my program. I am strength training 3x a week and running 3-4x a week. I have 40-45 more to lose, and I really want to reach my goal in 2014!
-
You look amazing! I'm a fan of your beautiful blue eyes, too. Also, can you teach me how to do a cat eye??
-
Thanks for sharing, keep us posted on your goals and progress. I love MFP!

I have used kettleworx, both the advanced and regular sets. The workouts are pretty good, but some of the exercises are repeated during a workout. My sister lent me the Skogg system for kettlebells, but I haven't tried those yet. Good Luck!

Great job! What a handsome couple you two are! I hope my arms will go down better, yours have given me non-surgical hope!
-
Great job! Also, just because its not 100 lbs doesn't mean it's not important!
-
Congrats! You will be a beautiful bride!

I did ok. My goal was under 40 minutes, and I ran it in 40:11. I think it was good because it was 32 degrees and I was fighting a cold. I'm excited to run another in January to see how I do!
-
You can do it. Pick a program, and follow exactly. Just try to complete, don't obsess over time and distance. I was close to your size (and still am) when I did C25K. I am about 225lbs now, and still running.

Don't give up! She may come around. I lost about 50lbs before my husband decided to join me. Although, your situation is different because she is not supportive. She is probably wanting to lose weight too, but maybe she's afraid to try.

Today was 645 days with 64.5 lbs on Mfp!
-
I'm using one of the free running programs on it. Makes it easy to track my progress.

Prednisone will not likely cause weight gain over a short course of treatment. Those side effects occur with long term, chronic use of the drug.

There are lots of c25k apps. A voice will come on and let you know when to walk or run.
