I have a small breakfast, a light snack, sensible lunch, another light snack, and a dinner. All meals are around 350 calories and i try to keep snacks under 200. I do the same thing. It is so frustrating. I agree that its easy to stay on task during the week with a schedule. I am trying so hard to eat better on the weekends.
