yeah, i was wondering that myself. it makes since that you would need more if you work out a lot.

my doctor said to track protein intake by meal. you dont want more than 24g of protein per meal. he said that our bodies can't process more than that...and any more would eventually hurt your kidneys.

I would also not buy anything that has more than 24g of protein per serving. My physician told me that our kidneys can't get rid of any more than that at one time and that REALLY large servings of protein at one time can make your kidneys work too hard and eventually damage them. Has anyone else been told this?
