I try to get 30 to 50 g of protein each meal and when I have a snack I want it to have protein in it as well. This helps me to not get hungry often. Possibly try that and maybe you'll see improvement in wanting to snack. But be remember that when you eat a high protein diet, you need to make sure that you have more fiber…

It is so inspiring to see someone who decided that they matter to themselves! I know what you mean when you say you didn't care, I was there also.
