Me too! And 'president' instead of 'precedence' - for some reason I hear this all the time! The ULTIMATE for me is 'wake up and smell the coffee' >shudders< Arrrggghhh!

Just to add, I've read a lot of things about peaches giving you energy. Don't know how available they are at the moment, but could work? Good luck x

Me too! Getting married 17.02.12- want to lose a couple of stone before then. I need to be careful I don't lose more than a couple of dress sizes though or my wedding dress won't fit! Nightmare! Where are you guys getting married?

I agree with the other posts, I'd say it was too early to tell if it was a plateau- maybe try weighing yourself a bit less frequently too? I'm no expert but if it was me, I'd drink plenty of water, stick with what I was doing and then review the situation in a week or so before you take any action. Well done on your loss…

face, boobs and currently my arms! Oh and my fingers, so I'm having to get my engagement ring re-sized! :ohwell:

I swam for an hour this morning, and will be walking home from work later today- about 30 minutes

Girls of the Playboy Mansion! It sounds even worse when I say it (or rather, type it) out loud! :blushing:

Swit swoo! Looking good lady! You've done so well, what an inspiration!

Can you freeze any of the leftovers? I'd try and freeze what I could for another day when I fancied a treat. Otherwise, I'd have one thing as a treat, and try and find a home for the rest, perhaps a hungry neighbour?! I've got no willpower though, and would probably eat my way through the lot if it was in my house! Good…

Brilliant well done! You can totally see the difference, especially in your arms!

Hi all, I hope no-one minds if I muscle in on the Team UK thread! Been on here for a while, but not managed to keep up with posting! My goal for July is not to gain whilst I'm on holiday next week! This is going to be a massive challenge as I'm going to an all-inclusive hotel in Marrakech, somewhere I've wanted to go for…

Hello, from Manchester too!

This is a UK website I always refer to when I have some leftover food! It's brilliant! http://www.lovefoodhatewaste.com/

I'm not 100% sure as I dont use a HRM, but perhaps go to the exercise type you have done and manually adjust the calories to whatever your HRM says, or you work it out to be? We could do with a quick add exercise calories like we have a quick add food calories now! Hope this helps
-
Do you mean how to translate what the HRM says onto MFP, in terms of logging it?

I'm into swimming at the moment, and considering entering a relay race across the English Channel for a diabetes charity! Have a long way to go yet before I'm good enough, but its nice to have something to aim for!

I'm addicted to those Belvita biscuits that Johnny Vaughan is advertising on TV at the moment! They really fill me up at breakfast and stop me eating my lunch early and snacking in the afternoon! They're not great for sugar though, which is a drawback. Also loving Ryvita fruit crunch crispbread, much tastier than boring…

Well done you! You look amazing, what an inspiration! :drinker:

I'm in Manchester!! Finally, someone else! x
-
I'll be interested to hear any suggestions for this too
-
well done! you look great! x

Thanks for all the advice guys, much appreciated. I'm actually aiming for a 30 minute mile, then I am 'officially' a capable enough swimmer to enter a relay swim across the English Channel! I need to be able to comfortably swim a mile, and as it's a race, I need to aim for a decent time. My friend works for…

I think if Rea is working to lose weight alongside a doctor, and she obviously has a found a programme that works for her then who is anyone to judge how much she eats/doesn't eat? I can see both sides to the arguement, as sometimes I struggle to eat 1200, sometimes I struggle to stay under 1200 plus exercise calories, but…

I'll be interested to see some replies to this post, I'm exactly the same, got exams in less than a month! Eeeks!
