I've built up to swimming for 40-50 minutes each session, and during that time I can manage about 24-26 lengths (it's a 50m pool). I have no idea if this is slow/fast…

How much sugar is in fruit!
Does anybody know which fruits have the least sugar content? Seems that all my favourities are the ones full of fruit sugars... I always manage to come in on target for calories, under for fat but I blow it on sugar everyday, so I'm trying to cut back on this. Thanks
