Most dark leafy greens are rich in iron (spinach, kayle, etc.). If you need extra iron get a juicer and start juicing leafy greens or start making green smoothies if you have a blender. They are delicious.

just a fancy pedometer but the calorie burn is actually pretty accurate. For me it isn't accurate when I run b/c I need to adjust my running stride length. Many use it to keep track of all the other calories they burn asside from working out.

I'm sorry, I guess what I meant is my favorite diet drink! I LOVE BEER! I haven't had much of it recently but when I do I find amstel Light is the best tasting, under 100 Cals, and higher alcohol content than an Ultra.

I think it has hurt me losing more than I have but I have plenty of time to lose the weight. Have fun. My favorite drink is Vodka and Sugar Free Redbull, (Only about 90 Cals depending on the vodka)

I very rarely eat processed food now (sometimes my wife makes something with processed flower, or I'll grab a few pretzals but no lean pockets or crap like that). I have plenty of fat on my body, so I just shouldn't worry about it?

I think every little bit helps and there is no reason to eat things you don't miss.

I use what they have for Robeks (a juice bar). Usually I juice Apples and carrots, or Apples carrots and beets. Sometimes I do carrots, celery, and spinach... Robeks has all of these on their menu (ABC juice, Green - V, etc).

I asked this question once and the response I was given is that the fat you eat is different than body fat (which is true). But I would think that would also mean that different kinds if fats in foods have different calorie contents and the 9 cal/ gram is an estimation (as is everything in weightloss).

I haven't had my favorite thing from there because it is very high in calories. I don't think that is what you want but I love the Tomato Soup and the Chipotle Chicken sandwich!

I live in the DC area as well but walk to work so I don't have these issues, but I have seen other forums on the topic. Use the start/stop function and then go into the fitbit site and mark the activity as" driving". That fixes the problem. I love my fitbit and find it almost eerily accurate when walking.
