I like the Special K Multi-Grain Cereal. It taste really good and has only 6 grams of sugar. I eat that along w/ Blue Diamond vanilla almond milk, unsweetened.

I'm with you!!! working out to become leaner and stronger.. my goal is 128 to 125lbs w/ noticeably toned legs , arms, shoulders and back.
