I've never tried Zumba Exhilaration, but I really love the Zumba Fitness Wii and Kinect games. They're a great burn and so fun, you don't even realize you've been moving for an hour+.

Fellow nerd here, but not as into table top games. I play way too much WoW, though.

MFP also set me to 1200, and it's very difficult for me to stay that low as well. Lately I've been working out 6days/week, and eating back my exercise calories, which puts me at 1500-1600 calories/day. It has really helped a ton.

I've never heard this before, but now I want to try it. I have the same problem with alcohol, but I've never noticed much weight fluctuation from 1 drink, but there's a huge fluctuation when I get drunk. Maybe cutting back to just a drink or two when you go out with buds will help. I'm thinking about switching from so much…

I know quite a few people who really like spaghetti squash. There are also tofu noodles and kelp noodles. I've never tried kelp noodles, but tofu noodles take a little getting used to.
