    Hey everyone! I am new on MFP. I started y "lifestyle" chance May 15 weighing in at 193. 7 weeks later I am at 165. I am religious about working out, I don't eat after 7 pm, I only drink water, and I cut all portions in half. I also don't eat when I am not hungry (sounds simple, but this is a HUGE deal for me!) Here is a before/after pic. I still have a long way to go (goal is 145)!

      Thanks for the warm welcome! And all the Texans makes me happy!

      I lost 20 pounds in the first month, which I thought was insane! This second month it has came off slower, but I still notice a big difference in how my clothes fit. I went from drinking 6 dr peppers a day, to none. I think that has helped a ton. And I don't even want it anymore, my body craves water! Also, I would eat really late at night (10-11pm) so that has been a big change. But I have noticed that I sleep so much better now.

      Congratulations on your weight loss!!! I've hit a small plateau and am attempting to work through that, but I'm 20 lbs. down and know MFP works to help hold you accountable!

      Welcome! That's amazing that you've lost so much in such little time. It sounds like you've approached it much the same way I did - I cut out that 6+ cans of pop a day and oh man, those pounds just came off. Anyway, I'm not from Texas, but I consider DFW my second home when I get to visit my man there. :)
