our apartment's gym tv's seldom work and after the office closes you cant change the channels. the last time they were on it was qvc.who works out to that. I tried reading but i bounce so much i keep losing my place. I'll try again, if it's still a pain i'll split it up.

take measurementsat times my scale wouldnt move but i was losing inches.

dont eat the exercise cals, i've found high protein diets work best.

2037 was to lose 1to 2 lbs a week. then i see on the home page it adds your exercise.i'm pretty sure I'll never lose weight that way

wow thats worse than her friends comment. back in october my daughter then 7 saw me failing miserbly at jumping rope. she said i love it when old people exercise. i handed her the rope and said lets see you do it. she was jumping rope like rocky. i thought it was pretty funny though.

my inability to run on a treadmill ( stamina not form) led me to an elliptical machine. They really burn the calories. Congrats your almost there.
