Well I was cruising along my goal not far away, and I fell off the wagon. I apparently rolled down a hill and landed in the parking lot of an all you can eat buffett. Any advise on getting over major disappointment with yourself. At this point I'm pretty use to it come to think of it.

Time to climb back up on the wagon
Starting last October I lost 110 pounds. Then gained 35 back. Whoops.

I'm exercising on an elliptical for an hour six times weekly. despite my new mp3 the hour drags any suggestions?

This time I win
Are most people like me and do well all week and then lose it on the weekend. Thanks to the structure of work I'm able to control my appetite weekdays. For the first time in three months I didn't fall off the wagon with diet or exercise.

food and nutition
I have a question about going into starvation mode. MFP says I should be on eating 2037 daily. I've been shooting for 1500. I'm burning 1000 through exercise. Do I have to eat 3037? I'm losing weight consistantly.
