    ts what happens when you spend all your energy getting your little one to bed only to find when the are finally asleep you can have your own time and thats damn hard to give up sometimes even for sleep...

    just don't think about food think about tommorow or eat some fruit as a midnight snack but wait unntil midnight to hav the snack! haha before hand make a small fruit salad and then put it in the fridge for later that night haha that's wat i do me and my dad both and we both lost under 100 pounds just eating healthy try it!!!! :)
