    Yeah, I've been using the fbf plan and have been really pleased. If you've not seen it yet, it's really just a collection of weight training exercises. The key of his program is to do each exercise to failure with a target of 8-10 reps getting you there.

    The best thing about the program is how fast you can go through your workout. Word to the wise, just be very deliberate with each and every rep. There's no warm-up at the beginning so each rep needs to be slow and with good, no, really good form.

    That and calorie restriction, thanks to myfitnesspal, helped me lose 38lbs and definitely increase my strength.
