I always go over as well ... and usually by lunch time. This is due in large part to fruit and other healthy items. I think if you can keep the processed sugary stuff to a limit ... then you are just fine!

My friend and I just started P90 this week ... we are on Day 5 today. We are both really enjoying the workouts (and we feel them too!) ... nothing is too difficult and I esp like that the video is less than 45 mins from start to finish. Good luck with the working out and eating better ... it sure does feel good :smile:

I have loved the 30 Day Shred!!! I do it 3-4 times per week and usually one day I do two levels at a time. Level 3 is my favorite :smile: I DRIP sweat by the end of the workout and feel like I have accomplished something. Give it a try ... take it slow at first and definitely take rest days. Best $5 investment I have made…
