I've cut it out of my diet for the while. Till I fall back into routine.

I was always the skinny friend. Until I gained like 60 lbs due to health reasons. Now I'm trying to get back to that. :s

I only really just started to diet. But I'm trying to weigh myself once a week on a Friday. It's difficult because I get urges to weigh myself during the week. But well worth it when I weigh myself and see how much I've lost :D
