I have a difficult week day schedule too! Tues, wed, Thurs i wake at 5:30am for work, Some days are 4 hr shifts, but 1 8 hr so the latest i leave is 1pm. i also have school at 5;15pm-10:45pm for massage therapy Mon- Thurs. yeah the Mix 1 is the best! i can do that im my sleep! I like to do mix 1 and mix 3 in a row! the 3rd is tougher so i like to think i get a better last chance workout from that one!

My HRM said minewas 256 cals and i did it for 55 mins and i f=did it in a group exercise class! so it kinda is benifitial, plus weight training BURNS FAT! its good stuff!

its good if you have an already exercise plan. but the reason i dont like it it bc some have tanning beds and others dont and more of all... they dont have GROUP classes. but if you have a plan for exercise, it's a grreat place!
