Hey, i did a weigh in early bc it followed my diet program, i lost 3 pounds! does that count as my starting weight or can that be towards my mini goal... im sorry, it just happened i lost weight this week! lol

I bet if you did some research you'd know that it is not. Its a detox diet that with people like me who have been a slave to calorie counting and have only seen weight gain. Not to be mean, but do your research before you bash on this, ok?

Find something to do as a hobby or hang with a friend that is more health concious... with a FUNNY sense of humor and laugh laugh laugh all day! go do a walking/ running program with a friend to keep urself accountable!

Yeah, but dont worry too much alot of it is sodium retention and water weight. Plus weighing yourself daily will drive you crazy, i weight in monthly, but typically weekly is the way to go. did you weigh in at night? NEVER Do that, you will get discouraged easily....

absolutly the same thing, generic is MUCCCCCH cheaper. i stopped taking it though bc it was driving my nuts and not working the same for me, but when it did when when i did have ADHD, it was cheaper to have the generic!!!
