HAHA i drink alottts of water and No i havent measured myself which i should have, bc i see inches taken off me. i still love the program and my diet is more good than bad. i had to sacrifice alot of HUGE temptations bc i thought i would have gain if i did. so its good that i behaved, but still... this program is a wonderous and joyous program. IT REALLY WORKS! seriously, im an ot a runner by any means and i am on Week 5 starting day 3 today. im amazing at how well this works! ill cheer you on! you CAN do this i promise and you'll love it! at first maybe not so much, but you'll end up wanting to do this everday!

It works wonders with endurance, being able to do this, and weight loss all together! it's the most addictive healthy exersice that i wanna do all the time! i have NEVER been happier!!!!

I have done Week 5 day 1! and during the second 5 mins i ran it straight through! EEEEEE!! i can't beleive im actually doing this!!!!! 1 min was bad enough before, now im completing each session with challenge and with ease! :bigsmile: :laugh: :heart:

Good Luck Girl! i know it works, Drink LOTSSSS of water, and if you notice anything strange with the effects, discontinue. i know it has effects with some ppl. But i beleive it will give you the right will power you are looking for!!! :-)

Look further into that "new One" there is also fake ones around too. depeding on if She got that one from amazon. there is a you tube video that has a step by step overview of how to ttell from the real goood working one, or the fake one where you wont feel any effects

There good to keep ur appetite at bay and to crap out everything in ur system. People wil say its a laxetive, which in fact it is, but when i was on it i noticed a difference, but it does make you go number 2 even when you dont realize.... alotta the times you need to be on the toilet bc you'll feel ur stomach hurting...…

I JUST finished Week 4 Day 3 with fanastic time. yes, it wasnt easy, but its gotten easier from the first time i did it.
