I think nothing looks as good as well-fitted black trouser pants, black pointy-toe pumps, and a classic crisp white shirt tucked in (duh). I accessorize with pops of color in a necklace or earrings.

5'2" and I started at 125 wearing a 4 and am now 112 which tends to be around a 1 or 2... depending on the brand. Have you noticed that there are HUGE changes in pants sizes??? Like, in Europe I would wear a 4 or a 6...

The hardest part for me is mental. IF and WHEN I do eat bread, I like it to be sprouted grain (Ezekial... they make english muffins, bread, hot dog buns, etc.), but it's a rare occasion. I don't eat cereal... it's too hard to find any that aren't processed beyond belief here where I live, so I just stick with old-fashioned oatmeal.

I agree with TurboFire. There are so many different discs in the set with varying times (from 15 min to 60 min) of cardio, stregth, stretching, and HIIT. LOVE it. I've had it for over a year and have not gotten bored.

Dude. You have got to try this then: Get some broccoli florets, sugar snap peas, and red onion strips and spread them out on a pan. Spray w/ olive oil, sprinkle garlic powder on there, splash on some of that balsamic vin, then roast in the oven at 350 for about 10 min. HOLYYYY so good.
