I can totally relate. I have been on weight watchers for 5 weeks and have lost nothing! I work out at least 4x/week and I cannot get the scale to do anything but go up! I am in too! I would LOVE to lose 10 by Christmas......discouraging that I have been on WW for 5 weeks and have lost....wait for it.......0 pounds!!! Woo hoo! What a kick in the.........

I am with madworld1 - at least 5 pounds....the week before and during so it feels like 2 weeks out of the month I am FAT! UUGGHH...so frustrating.....but oh well.....keep up the good work everyone!

Those days are in the past. If you keep focusing on them you will continue to make yourself feel poorly. Concentrate on those days that you were able to exercise and eat well and move on from there. The more you tell yourself you "can't" have a certain food you will reach for it! You can do this......you have made great…

I just received the videos and will be starting INSANITY this week. I am fighting a chest cold and am waiting to do the fit test until I know I can get through. I too am frustrated. I have been doing weight watchers for 5 weeks and have not lost a single pound. I also workout a minimum of 4x/week. I am now back to my fitness pal to see if that will work! So frustrating! Hang in there! Something is bound to happen, right?
