  • Wow! I am totally inspired! I am stuck at a 49 lb loss. Hit a plateau a year ago, and am just maintaining. I still have a lot to go. Thanks for the inspiration!

I use whole grain bread and a side of pickled beets. Yummy and very filling! Also I just discovered blending pureed beets with…
  • I'm about halfway or a little under halfway to a similar goal. You inspire me!!!!
  • I make Stevia Iced Tea with the Stevia drops. Tastes great! I am going to make lavendar lemonade with Stevia tomorrow. I researched Stevia a bit, cause I'm wary about sweeteners that aren't sugar, but couldn't find anything bad!

  • Probably 3000 on a good day. Crazy to think about it! I am so grateful for MFP!
  • Yes! I agree! I want bras from a regular store too!!
  • I set mini goals, So my closest mini goal will be 199lbs. I started at 264, and I'm at 217 right now. When I get under 200, I'm buying myself some army pants. And a pedicure:) As far as my ultimate goal, which is probably around 150lbs, maybe I'll buy myself a canoe. I'll really have to save up for that one!
  • Stevia Iced Tea for drinking - Make a pot of strong tea, I use six or so Tetley Orange Pekoe bags plus Pomegranate (green and white tea - 2 bags), brew, steep, chill in fridge, then add lemon juice and stevia (liquid form) to taste. Zero calories, and no artificial sweeteners. Love it!
  • You look great! Good Work! Seeing the before and after pics are so motivating!
  • I like biking, walking, reading (fiction mostly). Knitting, gardening, watching Lost, lol. Long baths with bubbles and candles! That's always a nice weekend thing.
