Some days are like that! I had three weekends in a row like that. Totally stalled my weight loss. :( But the last 2 weekends, I have stayed within my goals and lost 3 pounds, putting me back on track. Don't let one day get you down....tomorrow is a new start!

When I first started MFP, I set my goals at 30lbs to lose, figuring that was all I could hope for. Once I started losing, I realized that I would still be at the high end of "overweight" for my height, and reset my goals to 40lbs. I am 2 pounds away from my original goal, and am now thinking that I may reset to another…

I hope you're feeling much better this morning! I moved around a lot when I was single, and although the packing and moving part was very stressful, I always enjoyed the unpacking, as it was a chance to "get my house in order". As for being single, enjoy it! Sleep in, lounge around in your pajamas with coffee in the…

I bought a couple of new things when I first started this journey, and only wore them a couple of times before they were too big :( But as I get closer to goal weight, I have been shopping for clearance items, as I don't want to spend a ton of money. I also keep two buckets of clothes in my closet, one for "Too Big"…

I have had the same problem for the last three weekends. Lost the same 3-4 pounds again and again. My plan is to do what I've been doing during the week. Make good choices. Drink more water. Move more. LOG EVERYTHING. I'm ready for the weekend, and I'm going to beat this plateau!

I met my husband online using Yahoo personals about 12 years ago. But since we're married with 2 kids, I don't have any recent experience :)

For breakfast I like it with a chopped apple and a sprinkle of cinnamon, or on an English muffin with a drizzle of honey. As a side or on a salad, I like to add a sprinkle of dry ranch seasoning. I also eat it plain!

I agree with what the above posters suggested, there's some great advice there. One more thing, though, is to try to make things easier for you during the crazy busy warmer months when there's so much to do. Perhaps you could do paper plates once in a while so there aren't so many dishes to take care of. The produce dept…
