I noticed that all my v-neck shirts are hanging lower than they used to. Who knew I had weight to lose in my neck? Also, my face looks slimmer than before when I look in the mirror. And, on a sad note, I put on my favorite white jeans to go out last night, and they were too loose :(

I brew decaf green tea in my iced tea pot, it's even better with a couple peach or lemon herbal tea bags mixed in.

I agree with you overall, except that I think that when younger kids are learning how to play games initially, it's ok to not keep score. The first year my son played baseball, each kid got to bat, then run the bases. There were no outs and each kid ran home. It was a great introduction to the sport. That being said,…

I try to plan ahead for what I'm going to eat, then exercise to make sure I have enough calories. Even jogging in place for 20 min can burn about 200 or so!

I work out while my 2 year old naps. I've tried getting up early, and working out at night, but neither really worked for me. I'm a SAHM and MFP is up and running on my laptop whenever I'm home. I check in every few minutes and log meals and exercise as I go...and read the message boards... and check in on my friends.....does that mean I'm addicted ?? ;)

That sounds like my oldest...7 years old (8 in June) and about 45 lbs. But he's healthy, active, eats well! I offer healthy snack options and he can eat as much as he likes at meals, he just burns it off!

I use 6 bags of Salada decaf green tea and 2 bags herbal tea ( I like lemon and peach the best; apple cinnamon wasn't sweet enough) in my iced tea maker. Each pitcher lasts about 2 days, as I drink it all day long. No artificial sweeteners, no caffeine, no worries!

I'm working on mine...right now my Treadclimber, stability ball, yoga mats, free weights, and stuff all sit in our family room. But I have found the space, and am taking baby steps!
